Insured — Your copay, quoted first

Anyone whose employer plan the practice already bills directly.

People with no insurance who would rather spread two cleanings and an exam across the year.

• Two check-ups and cleans
• X-rays when they are due

• Children free on a parent's plan

Self-paying — Quoted per visit

One-off work, or anyone who simply wants the number before committing.

• Written quote before treatment
• The quote is the price, held for 90 days
• Payment plans over three months on work above $600
• No membership, no tie-in
